Many times during the day thoughts come to our mind that may dissatisfy us, make us sad, worried or just plain scared. We are what we think you know! So for nothing be worry, but yet put your worries in God's hand with simple prayers of gratitude and the peace of God, that goes beyond every understanding, will keep your heart and your thoughts in love.

I want to explain to you today that you could control your thoughts; it is base on a decision that you need to make to basically refuse to think about thoughts that just want to destroy and steal your joy. Decide to think in good stuff, remember it is a decision!.

Thoughts are very clever and many times they just climb up with a cute little dress and nice shoes looking and sounding like good thoughts but behind them there is a whole bunch of guilt, fault, fear etc. For this, learn to discern your thoughts; I made you a check list and if that thought is not in any of this categories than rebuke it!

For everything else think about what is true, if there is any doubt in it, censure it!

Think about what is honest and if there is any lie to it disapprove it!

If the thought is not fair than must probably is not good.

Is it pure? Nice and amicable? Does it sound good and honorable? If not refuse it!!!

Remember that this is based on God’s promises to you and he is not a liar,there is no lie in him that’s why he is called “the truth”. Search for him, hel oves you!
